All wines on our website are sold to you in Oregon. Once you purchase, the wine becomes yours and we engage a common carrier to deliver your order.
We want your wine to arrive in great shape. All our vintages are carefully stored in a temperature controlled warehouse. However, weather, seasons and location can be issues when shipping. We will hold your order until weather allows ground shipping. Or, contact us for other options such as 3-day air or even overnight shipping (forgot that birthday or anniversary?). AFV Wines are stored in a temperature-controlled environment and are in excellent condition upon leaving our winery. As understood in the wine trade, all bottles are purchased at the buyer's risk. Any return claim will be addressed on a per order basis, and under our discretion, may not be refundable.
Since wine shipments require adult (over 21) signature and timely delivery is essential, we strongly recommend shipping to a business address where someone over 21 is available. We don’t want your wine sitting in a delivery van for days because no one was available to sign.
